Our surf shack on wheels is getting a partial renovation soon! The entire side that the door is on needs to be removed and rebuild due to dry rot. We also have to redo all electrical and gas pipes. I will be repainting the interior completely white and we will add new knobs on the drawers and a tin backsplash behind the kitchenette.
It has been over a year since we have been able to take 'The Pearl' anywhere because of fear that the side might fall off on the road!
I will also be taking down all the shabby chic decor and hanging all white sailcloth or natural linen curtains going with a more natural, neutral, nautical decor...think driftwood, white seashells, grey foggy skies, and a splash of sea blues. Using this clam shell photo as inspiration.
